  2. Adam good work on the 100kg OHS,

    I topped at 80 on my OHS and 60 on my Snatch today, carrying a bit of a calf strain which was annoying.

    Did 17 rds on the Cindy yesterday which is a PB as never done it before.

    Session was pretty rushed this am, would have liked to have taken more recovery and pushed the snatches hard ;-) In the end just stuck with 60kgs to make sure i kept the speed up through the second two pulls.

  4. Yeah he beat me, though his only witness was training at the same time as him!!!

    We will see I am sure I will develop as I go. don't think 17 is a bad place to start
