Dave's Birthday WOD

1000m Row
21 x Bodyweight Deadlift
21 x HSPU's
15 x 3/4 Bodyweight Cleans
15 x Pull Ups
9 x Wall Ball Burpees (Onto the ball)
9 x Ring Dips
50 x Double Under's

Set up one bar and strip it from the deadlift to do the cleans.

I predict 9mins by the end of dips...19mins by the end of double unders lol! This looks good although the Burpees on to ball could get messy...

Shame i missed this one - looks nasty but good at the same time. also, i would have smashed macca at it!!!!!!

did anyone get graham on video doing them?

Darren has some photographic evidence of Grahams DU's which are on FB.

The worst bit of this for me I think was the row. Didn't enjoy that one bit however found everything else ok.

Toby there is no way you would have smashed me on this. It pays to be lighter for this one. Your bodyweight deadlift must be about 200kg's?!

it would have only been 100kg deads. easy smash 21 of those out. the hand stands would have killed me.

I just remembered that the HSPU's wern't much fun after 10 reps either!!!

I think that the G-Man & Matt W should have a double under contest. It would be worth it just for the comedy value & to see how many swear words they can muster in 50 reps.

Ok lads and lasses, I did this in 11:30 I struggled a bit with my hands on a few of the exercise.

I can not apply Rx to my time thoguh as due to my better half not allowing handstand push ups to be done on the wall she painted last week so i used the red band. I did however do 21 unbroken to keep the intensity!!

Enjoyed this though...

Yep it was a good one this morning, a nice variety. Didn't enjoy the double unders, although did manage to do about 6 in a row wich is about 6 times better than I normally manage. Yes a few obsenities were coming from my mouth but I swear I had no control of them.

Good work everyone - Toby you slacker!!

Also Dave it was suggested that if you devise a wicked WOD on your birthday then you should quite rightly do it for both the morning and evening sessions.

i have just been sat on my sofa reflecting on my day......my shoulders are burning, my back is pretty tight and my legs are ridiculously pumped
....overall the work out was brilliant...i trained in the afternoon session and again in the evening and cracked daves birthday challenge x2 and did it in a grand total of 34mins55secs on top of this cracked out an 800m farmers walk and a little jog to shake it off......something tells me im going to be in pain for a few days........it was good to see so many people involved in the workouts....not forgetting a happy birthday to dave.....hope you have a great evening pal.....matty w ......EAT MY SHORTS....
