Felt good this morning & smashed Christine all over the gym. 13:00 & another one to cross off the level 1!

Managed mine in 14.30, bit close for comfort. Think Christine may be sticking point on the level 1 list. Oh also I hate box jumps!!

Good to see a new face for the morning session, just need to get all the old ones back - Lea, Toby, Neil anybody there.....
