Complete as many rounds as possible in five minutes of:

125 / 90 kg Deadlift, 3 reps
50 / 40 kg Push press, 7 reps

I really enjoyed this wod this morning. Might do this again tonight as a warm up for the Olympic lifting class tonight.

6 rounds completed. Push press slowed me down big time, more work need on this me thinks!

I found dropping the weight at the top of the deadlift saved a lot of energy!!
