1RM Front Squat Pb 116kg. 120 not far away!!

Back Squat 120kg (supposed to be medium heavy)

30 Strict Pull Ups (broken)

21 Overhead Sqats (unbroken 40kg)

8:14 & I was suffering a bit after the doing yesterdays WOD a bit late last night. Took me a while to get in to the OHS but once I got a rhythm this wasn't too bad!
