Complete 7 rounds:

3 Deadlifts
3 Hang Power Cleans

*Do not let go of the bar during the round. Count a penalty if you come off the bar.
*Work up to the heaviest weight possible.
*Rest as needed between rounds.
*If you let go of the bar during the round count a penalty & immediately perform 5 burpees.

Techniques varied a lot today, I approached it as a drill to work speed through the middle though so went from high hang and not mid thigh!!

happy with 86 as it got pretty heavy with only my triple extension to get it up. Had some good feedback from Coach B on my cleans today so more stuff to work on!!
