Skill:
KB Snatches in 3mins 24/16

Wod:
2x3min amrap - Bear Complex - 

Power clean
Front squat
Push press
Back squat
Push press 

(level 1=20/15, Level 2=40/30 Level 3=60/40)

Optional Accessory Work:

4x8 Tricep Extension Barbell or DB
