Week 1 16 July - 22 July Challenge

Here is the first ALTERNATIVE-FITNESS WOD:


TABATA SOMETHING ELSE -Tabata is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds max effort followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause for a total of 8 rds then move onto the next exercise.


32 consecutive tabata intervals (20 Secs on 10 secs rest) of:

  • 8 x Pull ups
  • 8 x Push Ups
  • 8 x Sit ups
  • 8 x Squats

Each rep = 1 Point.
