Week 7 Challenge: Aug 27 - Sept 2

CFT (CrossFit Total)

1 x Back Squat
1 x Shoulder Press
1 x Deadlift

You should try to get your 1 Rep max in each lift and the weights to get your Total score.

P.S We had the planning application reviewed today so fingers crossed we are on target for opening mid October. I will keep you posted.

Shoulder press - 80kg

Deadlift - 140kg

total - 370kg
