Is the 100kg over head carry done by one of the pair or is it a joint clean from the floor and carry?

Well i think i would start with it on a rack as a 100kg clean and jerk is beyond me at the moment

Fair shout on the 100kg!! Wasn't there a farmers row in the mixer Im still thinking I cud have cracked another two rounds out...Although I did notice the tyre lifts getting harder and harder!!!!
