Macca said...: Macca found it very tough! When we did this last in September my time was 7:52 so I suppose I've improved but would have hoped to have done better. Thrusters just destroy me though!

Dave said...: 3.54 for me today, thrusters are hard and are always hard but somehow they seem to be getting quicker, first 21 unbroken followed by three sets of 5 on middle set and a 5 and 4 on final set, if i can get them unbroken all the way through then i am looking at 3 minutes i think.....HOPR!!!; 16 October 2010 at 09:07
