Those bars were blimming freezing this morning, the cold hands hurt more than the WOD!

Really wasn't looking forward to this one but didn't find it too bad at all in the end. Pull ups were a bit of a fight after doing so many this week but pretty happy with the time.

Bring on the Xmas Party, I can't wait to have a beer. . . . .or 2!
