60, 62, 64, 66 & 70kg's which I was happy with. Thats a new pb I think. I then did 6mins + change for the 2nd WOD RX'd.

5x3 Front Squats @ 95kg

Push Press x3, overhead squat x3 x5 sets, 60kg, 70kg, 75kg, 80kg, 85kg(fail)

Tyre flip WOD = 4.15, reckon I would have been about 17 seconds quicker had I gone first on the Tyre!! lol

Should have gone heavier earlier. Could have beaten Dave... Or not! Set a PB for OH and Back squat, mega chuffed.

I'll keep an eye out for a few more tires.
