40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 50 reps
Row 750m
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 35 reps
Row 500m
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 20 reps

These are one-arm squat snatches, alternating arms.

I kinda enjoyed the after effect of this but not whilst I was doing it as my legs had nothing left, 5 days in a Row have taken their toll!!!

I got owned on this one. Didn't find the DB snatches to bad but rowing sucks @ss!

Yep not too bad for me I think, I wonder how quick I would have been if was fresh. Still we all did it sub 20 mins so was chuffed at that too.

Macca you will always struggle at rowing as you are tiny.
