It was nice to be back with the morning crew, but even nicer to see that Matt is still wearing Maccas shorts in the attempt to keep the memory of Toby alive!

What isnt nice is it now 09:59 and after an hour on the phone to IT support i am in need of a nap!

Oh and Nipples injuried himself in the warm up!!

Any scores from this morning? I can't train unfortunately as I am giving blood but never mind its for a good cause!!
