Five rounds of:

5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
5 Dumbbell push presses
5 Dumbbell squats

Increase the load each round. Rest as necessary between rounds.

Those DB Hang cleans are tough. I was quite happy to go unbroken up to 27.5kg's but then it all went very wrong :)

Oh well, gives me a target to hit for next time!
