Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen sets.

Quite pleased with today. Hit 110kg on the OHS which is a 10kg PR. 150kg on the front squat which matched my PR from last week then hit a rushed but easy 190 on the back squat. Took a wider powerlifting stance on the back squat which felt really solid. I'm pretty sure 200 was there is I'd had a bit more time.
Time to do some stretching and rolling then hit the games wod again on Sunday.
Didn't quite have enough time this morning & only got 3 lifts in to the front squat before having to go for work. Hit PB's on the OHS by doing 70KG's though & 90KG's on the front squat.
