17:50 RX'd for me. I hate rope climbs so much, probably added a good 4 minutes to my time Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!! It's still an improvement to my last time in September though which was 20+mins & no rope climbs so still an improvement I suppose.
felt good this morning certainly getting better mangaed to bang out 50 box jumps none stop for the first time ever!! Wall ball shots have got better although I really need to work on my knees to elbows and double unders. But all in all was quite chuffed.
