then – 20rep@70% (can you go unbroken)
Part B)
5min AMRAP
3 squat cleans @80/60 if you can + 7 handstand push ups (scale weight and or push ups if needed)
Part C)
12min clock – 50/40/30/20/10 – KB swing 24/16 + Double unders.
In remaining time do max effort muscle ups. (if you don’t have muscle ups climb the ladder back up 20/30/40/50
