2 x Front Squat (use rack if you can't clean it 90% 1rm)
45 x Double Unders
29 x hollow Rocks
6 x snatches (50%front squat. Use same bar)
20 x KB Swings (24/16)
12 x Box Jumps (24/20)
(Hopefully wont take 8hrs15 mins as that's how long Kala was in labour)
