20-40-20m shuttle run
8x KB swings (72#)
16x Push-ups

Found the shuttles a bit hard this morning with a pulled muscle in my @ss from yesterdays WOD! Nice cheeky little number though, enjoyed this one.

I did a 5k the other week, thats it now for a couple of months :) Anyways as your stopwatch broke it would have properly wound me up!

I enjoyed this WOD anyway, it just hurt a little with the muscle pull in my fat @ss!

6:36 - Course was soaking too, so at least 4 seconds off according to top gear !!!

You could say my shuttles were a steady pace and not much of a turn of speed but hey record books won't show the video...my engine will someday be what I want it to be!!!
