Friday 11 March

With a continuously running clock do:
one pull-up the first minute
two pull-ups the second minute
three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

I think everyone needs to get on the crossfit games opens, the more the merrier, what is the point in all the hard work if you don't test yourself on the biggest stage!! Who knows what WODs will come up!!!

Plus its only 5 dollars which is like 3 quid!!

Did this on a rusty football goal in the middle of a field in Wales, so grip was a bit of an issue and kipping wasn't good as it kept almost falling over. Still managed 11 rounds and 10 pull ups. Did a cheeky 21 15 9 of HSPU and pistols after in around 9 mins as well.

Completed 17 rounds with about 8 seconds to go. No chance of completing 18, I was completely shot!

I did 14 rounds with 7 reps of round 15 but hands started to tear and didn't want to uin them with next week in mind!!!

Did havet he 10kg vest on too so happy ish with the score.
