I enjoyed this Wod, was tougher than i though - 12mins ande change.
I like the fact that Macca enjoys rope climbs as much as i enjoy double unders!
Yup, hate them soooooo much. Bit of an improvement on them today though & actually used my legs a bit! My arms didn't feel like they had been set on fire afterwards which was a nice change!
Cheeky little WOD though, my time was outrageous, something like 23+ minutes?!
Its actually one of the things i enjoy! Even if it did batter my trainers!
23 mins isnt to bad, you heavy guys struggle with body weight stuff ;-)

12mins and change? More like 13mins less change Wiles!! haha
I finished in 12 mins and change (20sec). Front squads were all unbroken, rope climbs were not bad just slow
8.45 for me on this, back was on fire after games WOD yesterday, could have gone quicker fresh but that is Crossfit!!
Got to engage my abs more on the front squat really!!!
