Felt so tired from last nights workout & this WOD certainly isn't my bag baby!!!! Scaled this one to 65kg's & still produced some of the most ugly jerks that you will ever see in the gym. Still got through it.......just.......in 20:14.
9.32 for me had no idea how long it would take but happy to be under 10. Thrustered most of them which was nice as shoulder felt strong!!Bring on Saturday!!!
