50 x Back Extensions
50 x Wall Ball Squats
50 x Burpees
50 x Double Unders

Can we get clarification on a couple of things.

1) Box heights?
2)KB WEIGHTS?
3) Back extension standards?

Can these be done in sets or is it a case of completing 1 movement before moving onto the next?
