Ring muscle-up
Squat snatch (60 / 40)

After a tough week I seriously considered a rest day today...........but obviously still got my @ss up at 6am & in to the box.

I was actually a bit disappointed at having to scale this but a lot more work is needed on my squat snatch. I can't remember the exact time but it was 12mins something scaled to 40kgs squat snatch. MU's were pretty good!
