Walking Lunge, 30 steps

need to work on my muscle ups kinda being left behind a bit on these. Fineshed with jumping ones though so was quite chuffed with that!! Had to knick Maccas hoops though.

Yeah Matt, that really slowed me up as well :)Any idea of the times for this today? I didn't even look at the board when I had finished.

I was really chuffed to have done this RX'd. Considering it was only a month or so ago that I could just about manage 2 or 3 MU's to do 28 was really pleasing even if they were pretty much all singles! I left the gym with a big smile on my face after that.

This one was all about the muscle ups. Deadlift and lunges weren't too bad at all. Was hoping to do this rxd, but after the first 6 I just couldn't get over the rings again, even though I kept trying! Definitely need to practice them.

19 minutes rx for me today, bitter sweet again i am afraid. Sweet cos I wanted under 20 and got it, bitter as muscle ups were way too slow and Jof smashed me!!

Gound the MU's very tough today think it might have been the oly shoes weighing me down???
