2 goats before breakfast, i truely hated this wod!

There is no way my lower back will be able to handle tomorrows wod after today.

I think i will have to do a cheeky skills day in line with the second games wod.

I think this was the longest wod i have ever done - 53mins (40kg ohs)!

I had to scale this as 60KG OHS isn't too far of my 1 rep max :)

Scaled to 40KG's but did the rest RX'd. Weirdly my DU's wern't too bad but the 2nd round of this was killer.

51mins + change I believe.....quite enjoyed it though :)
