Macca what was your time?

I thought this was 100 burpee pull ups for time not 100 of one then 100 of the other?

Sadly this is my rest day as giving blood this avo.

Enjoy

Yeah it should be, but this is what we are running with today. I actually think this will be harder that 100 Burpee pull ups.

If youre not training because you are giving blood your should have joined the 06:30 crew :-)

Adam my time was 19:48 & man did I hurt by the end of the burpees! Not great but predicted that it would take me around 20 mins.

I recon that is a pretty good time i am hoping that if I get through the burpees in one piece that my hands dont tear on the pull ups!

Burpees, no problem finished around 8 1/2 mins. Pull ups without assistance band? DNF! Couldn pull another inch after 64 disappointed! and it took me about 24mins! I am the weakest link...good bye!

This so-called G.I JANE is a total pain in the ass.
Not what you want after a weekend of BBQ and Beer!!! 25 mins of pain!!!
I also think that the Basingstoke boys should stop looking at the work out the day before as I do think 1 or 2 bailed out on this work out..
Also James having your own work out in the morning Does Not Count!!!

Er graham only one Basingstoke boy bailed the other two trained tonight, we can't do Monday am!

i completed this last night in 26 mins - burpee pull ups instead of burpees then pull ups. It was a lot harder than i thought it would be - but def worth it when i had finished!
