3 x 110kg Cleans (or your 1 rep max weight)
4 x Handstand Push Ups

Darren and I did something a bit different to this..
2000mt row
50 wall ball squats with 20k ball
1000mt row
35 wall ball squats
500mt row
20 wall ball squats

Then collapse a real lung buster!!!!
