This might have been easier if we'd have hung kebabs from the ceiling for the Turkish get up....fkn kettlebells, good session, lovin crossfit still

First time I have done the turkish get ups - and what a bugger they are too. didnt realise they were going to be so hard.

agreed it was a good session though. see if i can make it through the day now without almost falling asleep again like yesterday!

I agree with you both,today I have been so tired and drained more than most!!. Still one more day to go,then two days off time to get the BBQ out and a few checky beers...
