Gareth I can safely say I will not be there for the run on Sunday, will the gym be open as normal?
Neil you should go for the free clinic so they can tell you nothing is wrong with your back and you need to man up!

If the gym is closed I can train at fitness first as my membership still hasn't run out so I can p!ss them off one last time :-)

I am only now starting to regain some feeling in the tops of my arms. Now I have made it in to the office I think I shall mostly be having a nap!!!

Sundays time was awful! I cant even blame the double unders as they are always shocking! Lower back was just blown on Sunday following 2 days of heavy deads!
As for the pace setter, i am not sure of the guys name but another guy that was in on Saturday was smashing the cleans and muscle ups.
I have decided i am going to get a MU within the next 4 weekd :-)
You should have a Muscle Up already, you have chest to bar pull ups and ring dips!!
My transitions are ok as well, just think its timing. I want to get a strict MU so i am taking it back to basics and giving myself a realistic time frame to get it sorted and that is basically my level one cert date.
You are spot on Dave - wiles has spent over 2 years doing crossfit - he should defo have a muscle up by now. I only said this morning to him that if i had spent that much time doing crossfit, only weighing in at 85kgs, and still not be able to do one, i would probably just give up.
Toby you have spent the last 10 years trying to get to 90kgs realistically you shouold have done that by now :-P
I know lets have a bet lets see if i can get a muscle up before you get sub 90kgs???
As a betting man I am not sure where my money would go there!! probably have to see this one out wihtout the risk!!
If its any consolation I have done a muscle up (kipping) and weigh 90kgs!!
Ok people, I'm anticipating a 12 o'clock start from a location yet to be confirmed but more then likely a pub so we can have a beverage together afterwards, and convert all the locals to CrossFit. The gym will open at 1000hrs as usual keep an eye on here for timings.
Toby, a drastic measure but one to guarentee the winning of that bet is too cut off a non vital part of your body...Job Done

Well done yesterday Nyki, I saw you grafting and it won't be long till you are right up there. To say the Queen position I don't know. The ladies is a tough division!!
I'm just aiming to hunt down Stiles...(and beat him to a muscle up with no practice lol) Lets see how that goes.....
Gareth I do want heavy days but couldnt resist this mornings session! I also want a Muscle Up, a 90KG snatch and Neil to stop moaning about everyone taking too long getting changed!!
Well when we have a club fun day one of the games could be getting undressed and dressed again AMRAP in 10mins
I never tried to get to 90kgs - you think its easy being a fatty like me - it takes a lot more effort and planning that you could ever realise.
Adam as you seem to belive your crossfit elite you really shouldn't be dodging the runs - you should being doing your weekest disaplin. Bad practise!!
That being said I don't think I'll be there on Sunday but will see what I can do.
James - I am far from crossfit elite, my list of 'goats' proves that for a start, that coupled with the guys i have met through events i have been too. Crossfit elite is a pipe dream!
Dave - Muscle Up kipping or strict is good skills, give it a month and I hope to join that club!
