Well done to the boys for the PR's this morning in particular the fat man with the 220kg dead!

Still no Neil?!?!?! I am guessing he is grounded!

i do enjoy these workouts - it means my terrible stamina levels dont impact me. Wiles - Graham didnt do the 220 deadlift - that was me!!!!!!

i was really happy this morning with my attempts.

184kgs back squat - new PB for me. Could go a bit lower though (note to self).

70kgs shoulder press (equalled an old PB when on creatine last year)

220kgs deadlift - new PB.

Crossfit Total = 474kgs.

I got 577 which is 13 shy of last time but had a 10kg pb on the Squat with 140kg and my hands are still buggered so struggled with other two, 67 on shoulders and failed at 72 which would have been pb of 2kg and deadlift 170 failed at 192 which would also have been 2kg pb.

Next time my hands might be ok

I spent the whole day visualising 200kg. I thought my squat may have got there but that has dropped off so need to work on that.

170/90/200 (GET IN THERE)

Well pleased with my new PB on the Deadlift...

Would like to say well done to Toby, Macca, Jenine, Mike and Erla for hitting there best scores to date and some cracking lifting.
