That was a proper bastard this morning. Now that I have recovered (i think anyway)I feel good for it. Knees to Elbows killed my time though - bad times!
wiles and little barton finsihed around the 32 min mark (although wiles cheated on the k2e - he didnt touch his elbows on most of them!!!), i think you were about 35 and i was about 37. didnt see grahams time as i was too busy trying not to actually die
I'm glad I missed this WOD, doesn't look as bad as it obviously is. Hopefully I'll be back in the gym at the weekend or next week - it's been a bit hectic here. Got a feeling all this time off is going to kill me, not looking forward to the 1st session back.
42 mins and FU##KED, always last but always there!!! and I really really do hate burpees. Also enjoying the the morning gangs banter and shit taking!! makes getting up in morning and killing myself enjoyable.

Body weight stuff is s!*t! I was almost sick afterward, geting changed and then finally lost last nights pizza at sainsburys :-)
