Max hang clean double then drop 20kg off bar and work up to heavy single


Skill:


Chest to bar pull up and muscle up practice. 5×5


WOD:


OMEM for 8 minutes.


2 hand release push ups, 4 wall balls


minute 2=4+8


minute 3=6+12


minute 8=16 hand release push ups and 32 wall balls if you can
