In a team of 3
each person rows for 1minute max calories a-b-c
then a starts max effort toe to bar in one minute then b-c
then a starts max effort burpees over bar in one minute then b-c
then a starts max overhead squat @40/25 then b-c
once completed a is back on the rower, repeat for 3 rounds
