I think I need to scale running, next time i think I will drive the green.

Good session this morning after Andy Powell broke in the rower with a really strong firest 500m.

It was also nice to see that toby doesnt just wear stupidly tight shorts but that he carries that across to his jeans as well!!

I'm in bits this afternoon, a combination of the 100 pullups and press ups on wed and then this mornings session have fucked me!! My arms won't work properly giving me lots of pain - love crossfit??
