06:30 group good session this morning guys and I am not saying it just because James was missing either!!!

I need a rest day tomorrow and have to train Friday afternoon so I will see you all Monday.

I have the DVD from the 2008 crossfit games if any of you would like to borrow it let me know?!?!

Although his DVD does stick at a few points throughout. Normally at the point when their are topless men in it!!!!

Great WOD but those overhead squats are a killer, no way I could even do them at half body weight for that number of reps.
