We will start from the Royal Oak in Charlton, run through Charlton Lakes to the Portway industrial Estate where we will do a lap of the estate (there are paths to stick too all of the way) Then a lap of the Fields and the Lakes will bring us back to the Royal Oak. Give or take the odd 100m it is 5.2 KM but that is based on map my run and me not knowing exactly how big the fields are!!!
It should be a nice run a bit challenging but good all the same.
Glad you had a good session... I took James' advice and joined a girls gym. We did handstands and skipping and in arts and crafts we built some paralettes for time
Lea your morning sounds almost as gay as ours. Matt was doing his girlie dancing whilst we all worked out to Shakira on the iPod!!!
I hate overhead squats though, a measly 60kg for me (failed twice at 65kg). However it was good to have a strength day as I was ball bagged from the previous 3 WODS this week.
The highlight for me was definately Stash falling over.

104kg for a new pb by 9kgs, the main highlight of the morning for me was Matt's dancing!
Tomorrows WOD..."Cheesy dance moves for time" My moneys on Matt.
How did we achieve 104? does this mean we have kilo plates now?

Dave - There are now some small 2kg plates that made it possible to go to 104Kgs. I crashed and burned on 110kg!
i am hopeful of 100kg today, that is my goal - we will see!!
