Watching Graham try to do a handstand push up this morning was one of the funniest things I have seen in a long time!!! Good times.

Handstands push ups are not for tall large people they should come with a health warning.

I wonder if I invest in a tight pair of shorts
that they might help my form?? Any thoughts on that Toby???
