Dave go for sub 10mins!! it really was hard work today....Good to see James back from the wilderness but even better to see him almost be sick!!!

This came as a bit of a suprise, I did it in 13.35 the squats hit me the hardest and wasted some serious time dropping the bar a couple of times.

Made especially worse when my bro and James both beat my time.

Never mind I know I am improving and that is the important thing!!

Or is that just something losers say??
