not bad got 25 mins 4 secs. Last time got 25 mins ish so I'm taking that as an improvement! Although it took till just over 16 mins to complete the chins and push ups. ppfff

20:30 for me. Half kipping pull ups half bands. Still a 2:30 minute improvement. Happy Days

27ish mins for me - not a great time but an improvement on previous. small steps and not too bad considering how bad i have felt after my 2 weeks off

Woohoo, 100 pull ups without bands!!! Man did it hurt afterwards though. I think it was about 21mins for me.
