You can't have a WOD in KG's and then adding pounds, I think that you just convert everything into KG's from now on as that is what we use in the gym and it will stop confusion!!

Finished at 105kg's this morning, so a bit g@y but I think it's still a PB for me.

There was a new guy in with the 6:30 crew as well, I think that his name was Neil or something. He did look familiar though . . . . .

Macca i hope you are happy with yourself, because you cant seem to put away your weights the fun police have turned the box into Basingstoke Fitness First!

Even with the new signs you still left G-Man to put away the weights so that you could sneak off to shower with 'new boy' Neil! :-)

Ahem. . . . . . I think you'll find that I was working on the middle rack today & put all of my weights & bar back in the correct place Mr Wiles. I quite clearly took note of the various signs although I must admit I could not find any spray or wipes to wipe down the equipment!

The G-Man did offer to wipe down the new boys equipment later in the showers but was firmly rejected.

I'm not sure how long the Neil is going to stick to his gym routine either, seems like a guy who will be here for a couple of weeks & then dissapear! He did look familiar though . . . . .

Oh, worked up to 105kg's on the back squat but failed at 110kg's. I know that is pretty porr but I think it's still a PB for me.

Ahem . . . . I think you will find Mr Wiles that I was working on the middle station today & cleared away all of my weights & bar. I read the various posters & took note. I couldn't find away wipes though to clean the equipment though so I used Darren's towel instead!

I did hear that the G-man offered to wipe down the new boys equipment in the shower but was denied!

Just a note on the new boy, I think his name was Neil. Didn;t he look familiar?! I don't think we'll see a lot of him though, seems like the sort that'll turn up for a week or 2 & then disapear of the face of earth for a month!

scores on the doors for today are as follows:

G-Unit - 150 + 1 on 155 (15 rds)
James - 130
Graham - 130
Dave M - 125

P.S Some people learn by being told, some people learn by being shown and some people learn by reading/diagrams. SO the signs are for the latter.

I'm glad to see that your educations have been worth while and you can read lol
