I didnt enjoy this, too tight this morning in the hips.

G-Man should have got 100kg certainly had the strength!! Good session by the big man.

To be honest I don't like any strength session! It felt good to do something different though but got to work on that technique!!!

Also did a spot of hoovering in the box this morning. . . . . . cleaning up Adam's mess!

I think that Fryer has eaten Andy Powell & James & Lee are locked in his basement as the next course. . . .
