100 Burpee Pull Ups

Good to see the return of Lea this morning & he brought his female friend but poor show from the rest of the 6:30 crew.

I'm guessing that G-man will probably blame his alarm, Adam was probably a rest day, Neil was back for a week & will now dissapear for a further 6 weeks, Fryer & James have eloped somewhere & Andy Powell "AKA" Stash was probably recovering from the Wasps game yesterday?!; 13 September 2010 at 10:39
