10 rounds as rx'd - ring dips blew my shoulders out! Didn't make the 06:30 session trained at 08:30.

It was a nice change to not be working on the legs today, all week my legs have been killing me. Good session this morning, as always a great way to start the day - I don't know why more people don't do it.

PS. If anyone else is training with Graham just keep an eye on his counting, I think he only counts in even numbers...
