Dave, normally when crossfit says clean or snatch it's full squat clean or squat snatch. What time are you going in today?

I will be in around five ish if anyone wants to join me?

Adam, I opted to go for the anyhow method, particularly when I got my 90kg up with a very UGLY movement!!! I'll take it though. I joined the 6.30 crew for a session today but there is a possibility I will be in again this avo, you never know

Finally hit the 100KG mark. And after 6 months of buggering about it went up as if it were nothing. 150kg is next on my radar!
