Good session this morning guys, fun to see others falling on their faces as well with the HSPU's!

As normal James turns up after the hard work is done :-)

Hmmm 'progressions' huh... hooked my feet over the field gate, had to do jump up negatives for the ring dips... 17'18"

Good time Lea, i did 15mins..........something as rx'd, the HSPUs blew my shoulders up! By the final round i could only manage singles and doubles!!

It was funny watching the guys with the bands :-)

I bet it was... I have a red spot on my bald patch! The HSPU's are a funny one to progress with. I'm gonna try and train this one in warm ups and cool downs... along with all the other things I am dying to be strong enough to do! Kept my face in tact though only just.
