Walking on my hands for 5 metres is my next goal i think, i also need to sort my sit ups out!! I think that will take longer then a couple of months though!! sadly
I'm supposed to be doing a 10K run in a few months, my question is do I need to train for it?? I only say this because CrossFit is supposed to prepare you for this sort of thing, so do I just keep training at the gym and belive everything will be ok, or do I start putting on my running shoes?
James, have faith in the conditioning you are getting from the WOD's. Check out the Cross-Fit.com Journal. There is an article about a US Marine who attempts a 100mile run with only WOD's for preparation. Interesting stuff! My goal?....Muscle Up by August.
I would advise and its only advice, if you can squeeze the odd mile in here and there it helps, note that the crossfit mainsite puts 5k/5mile runs in as WOD's we have done none of that thus far.
If you are training Monday Wed Friday then either tuesday, thursday or saturday or 2 out of 3 stick a middle distance run in there between 3 and 8km. You could do one shorter and one longer if you like.

Oh what a shame, running on my rest day, just the way I like it.
Does anyone have any goals to work on over the summer?
Mine is to get a muscle up!
Adam the early morning run was truly awesome this morning!!!
I'd just be happy to have lost my beer gut to be honest by the summer but to do even one proper muscle up is going to take some time for me I think.
