And we all thought you bottled it Lea, not sure that I enjoyed this one. It was a killer on the arms, I got a time of 20'30 but was on my knees for the majority of the press ups

I think i got somewere in between!! situps check, swats check, push ups!! left behind when they were giving these out!!! dam they were hardwork....on my knees.

Its nice that beating me is so much of an achievement bruv!! Only one thing to say about it

I HATE SIT-UPS!!!!!

Mental note to self take a day off when workout has them in or better still man up and get working on them
